Privacy statement

Data will be held securely and used for purposes associated with the delivery and monitoring of training as part of a defined collaboration between the Town and Country Planning Association (TCPA) and the Environment Agency (EA). Access to personal data will be limited to personnel from the TCPA and EA involved in the direct delivery of the training. All information will be held in line with the TCPA's privacy policy and the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). For reporting and monitoring purposes, all personal data will be anonymised before sharing more widely (for example with the EA or Defra as the project sponsors).
