About this course

This training module walks through the production of Strategic Flood Risk Assessments and flood risk evidence in plan making. It highlights best practice, key components that should be included, and how to use information in the SFRA to inform site allocations and planning policies for flood risk. This course has been developed to help planners and flood risk professionals understand and apply best practice in planning for flood risk in England.
